Progress Monitoring Center
The University of Oregon partnered with an Oregon school district to create the Progress Monitoring Center. Project staff workedwith district leadership and school personnel to develop a response to intervention model for identifying students needingspecialized instruction in learning to read. In addition, the Progress Monitoring Center provided schools, teachers, andparents with easy access to assessments in early reading skills, Web-based lessons on evidence-based reading interventions, and a state-of-the-art Web-based measurement system capable of providing analyses of student progress at a variety of levels, including individual student, classroom, school, and district. |
