Cohort 2 Model Demonstration Projects University of Kansas Beach Center on Disability and Illinois PBIS Network Kansas-Illinois—Tertiary Intervention: The K-I Center The K-I Center was a collaborative model of demonstration training and technical assistance. It worked with a variety of schools in Kansas and Illinois to show how and when resources and systems can be organized to promote the success of all students in accordance with a response to intervention logic model. The K-I Center applied evidence-based interventions using a rubric that encompassed and integrated school-wide positive behavior support with wraparound, a school mental health approach developed in Illinois and replicated in other states. |
